    Apart from the LOOTING from the public coffers which took place with the SGR project i think we should have done it Pole pole..

      I think so too because there was really nothing urgent which seriously needed the putting up of this Sgr thing this fast, but because they had their hidden intentions, lots of unhelpful explanations was offered to justify their position.

      Its only sad we always think of good stuff but informed on wrong motivation.
